David has over 13 years of professional and academic experience in the natural resource fields.  He has worked in the public and private sectors and is committed to continuing his education.  He attends short courses seminars and keeps informed of the new trends in natural resource management whenever he can.  His approach to assisting our clients and solving their problems is to use this education and experience and base these recommendations on sound scientific principles.  Mr. Shostak also has an extensive network of colleagues, scientists, and other professionals in the natural resource and engineering fields that he partners and consults with on many of his projects.

Brad has close to 10 years of academic and professional experience in environmental protection and natural resource management.  He has worked in environmental protection and natural resource management, focusing on water quality, quantity, and water policy along with aquatic biota assessments, in the government and public sectors and is committed to furthering his education in this field.  Mr. Konwick stays current in his field by taking online seminars and continuing education courses.  He has also published water resources research in international science journals in his field.
